Printable chore chart
Free. No email, no download form - press print. Designed around the three reasons charts usually die.
Before you print it
- Three rows, not eight. The commonest cause of death is the adult quietly stopping. Pick the three jobs you actually care about.
- One week, not a month. A payoff five weeks away is not real to a seven-year-old.
- There are two marks per day. A small one for tried, a full one for done. A chart that only records perfect days is blank most days, and a blank chart teaches the wrong thing.
- Let them mark it. You confirm. The ticking is the moment they notice they did it - handing it over is most of the effect.
